We had a lot of difficulty finding a contractor to put together our master bath so I resorted to the internet to find someone. We hired Don after reading his reviews and were still quite worried because we didn’t know him. All we can say is we love our bathroom and anyone who sees it can’t get over the professional tile work that has been done in our custom shower. Don is easy and comfortable to work with and he actually does exactly what you want. We used tile all around the outside of the shower as well for wainscoting and Don did extra work to install baseboard and trim which was not easy to install due to wonky walls and floor. Looks like a million bucks! I’ve included some pics but have not installed mirror/sconces and window treatment yet – wanted to show the tile work and trim. (Don built the shower walls and did all waterproofing).

"We had many issues to work out in a complete bathroom renovation in a log home. We had to move a wall and deal with the log décor. Don did an excellent job at quoting the work. We understood the challenges and worked together. During the job there were numerous issues with subcontrcators and a faulty thermometer gauge but we worked through it all to produce a superlative job. I would highly recommend Don Dean for this type of difficult renovation work!"

Don's tiling is simply the best I have seen. He came every day and wanted to work to perfection. He communicated with me several times a day over the weeks and was only satisfied when I was. Morever, not too many contractors would clean out your dogs ears as she was going crazy and he was the only one around to help. Plus, he put wood in my furnace each day he finished so the fire would be lit when I arrived home. He goes beyond and above. I have no hesitation in recommending Don.

Don is very professional and does quality work for exceptional value. He called when he said he would call and showed up when promised. He dedicates himself to one job at a time so you never have to guess when the job you gave him will get finished - he is not bouncing around doing bits of work for 5 customers at a time. This was a welcomed sight compared to other subs we have been dealing with. He is a very hard worker and has a great eye for detail. He takes pride in his work and ensures that everything looks top notch. He kept the work site clean and tidy. I look forward to having him come back to do the backsplash and I trust him to complete any other future projects we may have.
